Our information sessions allow prospective parents to tour our school, meet our principal, and learn what makes PSS the school where children look forward to Monday mornings.
Where to go? We are located in the Jericho Hill Centre, 4196 W. 4th Avenue in Vancouver. You can park in the flat parking lots below our building. We occupy the upper floor on the south side of the building. The easiest access to our space is through the east doors (closest to the Jericho Hill Centre pool) or south doors (off of our playground).

We strive to keep our school as inclusive as possible so we work hard to keep our fees low. We are currently one of the most affordable independent schools in Vancouver.
- Tuition is $710 per month, payable for the 10 months that children are in school.
- The per sibling rate is $535 a month.
- An annual field trip fee of $150 per student is also paid at the beginning of the school year.

How to Apply
If you are interested in enrolling your child at Pacific Spirit School for a September school start, or part-way through the year, here is how our admissions process works:
STEP 1: Come to an information session to learn about our program. If you are interested in applying part-way through the current school year and there is no information session scheduled, please contact our Program Administrator, Julie Mitchell.
STEP 2: If you like what you saw and heard, and you learned that we have space in your child’s grade, your next step is to connect with Julie Mitchell, our Program Administrator, to set up a meeting to discuss your family's interest.
STEP 3: If we seem like a match, you will be invited to observe a class without your child present.
STEP 4: If you are still enthusiastic about the fit, your child will be invited to attend two visit mornings (those seeking mid-year entry are encouraged to attend as a visitor for a period of up to two weeks before deciding to enrol). You are welcome to join your child in the class for all or part of their visit days. Two "transition mornings" are scheduled every spring for incoming students for the fall to help put children at ease.
STEP 5: We will review with our educator and then arrange a follow-up meeting with you to discuss the experience and determine if enrolment is appropriate for your child.

Interested in homeschooling?
Children of school age must register with a school authority in the province of BC. We offer registration for your children as homeschoolers. This registration option is where parents seek registration and complete independence and responsibility in the education/learning and curriculum for their children, and Pacific Spirit School provides registration and a reimbursement for educational materials. - September 15: Deadline to receive registrations for the school year.
- December: We send out confirmation of registrations and cheques for reimbursement for educational materials ($130/student).
- June: We send out registration forms for the following school year.
